Foundations

An experienced team
Fourth Tier Solutions Ltd was formed in 1999 by a group of experienced IT professionals with extensive knowledge of the international vehicle rental industry and a proven track record in leading-edge software development, project management and implementation.

Diverse experience
Our team of professional staff have vast experience working with Information Technology in many diverse areas and have over 25 years experience in vehicle rental gained predominantly with Budget Rent A Car International. This has enabled us to function both as a highly efficient software house providing advanced IT solutions and consultancy and as an experienced service provider to the vehicle rental industry.

Our primary goal
Our inspiration in forming Fourth Tier Solutions came from our recognition that the vehicle rental industry lacked a truly enterprise-level, leading-edge front counter system. Our goal was to build a system capable of addressing the needs of the smallest operator up to the largest global organisations, accommodating their chosen business model and including both franchisee and corporate environments.
